Refund Policy

We honor refunds for any print order due to production errors. Our Refund Policy is valid for 7 calendar days from the delivered date. If you would like to return the product for a refund or request a reprint during this period, please contact us first. 

Note: In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Refund process

  1. Email us with a brief description of the issue and attach support images to the email.

  2. If/when we approve your refund, you will receive an email confirmation with additional instructions and an option for a refund or to reprint.

  3. Credit card refunds can take 5-15 business days to show up in your account depending on the bank.
