Refund and Reprint Policy

We stand behind the quality of our work. Refunds or reprints may be issued for print orders that contain verified production defects or errors caused during manufacturing.

Requests for refunds or reprints must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date the order is delivered. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us before returning any products so we can review the situation and provide instructions.

Inspection and Eligibility

To ensure that the above criteria are met, all returned products are subject to inspection. If the returned product does not meet the eligibility requirements, we reserve the right to decline the refund or reprint request.

Please note that refunds or reprints may not be issued for issues resulting from:

  • Customer-supplied artwork errors
  • Spelling or design mistakes in approved proofs
  • Color differences between screen displays (RGB) and printed materials (CMYK)
  • Minor color variations within normal industry tolerances

Refund or Reprint Request Process

To request a refund or reprint, please email us with:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem
  • Your order number

Once we receive your request, we will review the information and determine whether the issue qualifies for a refund or reprint.

If your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions and options for either a refund or a reprint.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds issued to a credit card may take 5–15 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
