What shipping carriers does AIYOPRINT use?
All online orders and most custom orders will ship via UPS or FedEx. Some custom orders may require a freight forwarder or other carrier.

Can I pick up my print order?
AIYOPRINT is an online-based print company. All orders must go through shipping.

What is your refund/reprint policy?
We honor refunds/reprints on orders that are due to production errors. All refunds/reprints must be reviewed and approved by us with an email confirmation. If and when you receive an email confirmation for a refund/reprint, we will provide you with additional instructions and an option for a refund or to reprint. Different products have different return procedures, so please do not discard or return any printed orders without contacting us, first.

The following are some examples that do not qualify for a refund/reprint, but not limited to... ▪ Spelling and grammatical errors. ▪ Transparency related issues. We do not recommend transparencies, since they tend to print with unpredictable results. Please flatten all transparencies or use equivalent colors with 100% opacity before submitting artwork. ▪ Customers' poor image quality.

Can AIYOPRINT ship internationally?
Currently, we ship throughout the U.S. and Canada only. If you are ordering and shipping to Canada, please contact us. All orders to Canada are processed as custom orders.
