What payment methods does AIYOPRINT accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

I have an urgent matter and need printing ASAP. Can AIYOPRINT rush my print job?
We have a selection of print products with a rush turnaround, but please note: shipping will require additional time, and you may have to expedite shipping as well. It all depends on the urgency and how far we need to ship. Not all products are available with a rush turnaround. Rush print jobs are usually next-day, which means two business days.

Terms for Rush Print Jobs
▪ Final press-ready artwork needs to be processed for production no later than 9 AM (on a working day) for it to be counted as day one. If not, the next working day will be counted as day one.

▪ If your submitted artwork requires revisions, this will reset the turnaround time.

▪ Production is closed on weekends and holidays. This will affect the completion date.

▪ Contact us and let us know if you have a rush job, so we can check and confirm for you.

What is your order cancellation policy?
Once orders have been processed for production or any other process thereafter, we cannot cancel orders. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will check the status of your order. NOTE: Orders are not deemed canceled until we have emailed you a confirmation stating that we have successfully stopped your order from production. Depending on what time and day you contact us, we may not be able to reply until the following working day.

What is your refund/reprint policy?
We honor refunds/reprints on orders that are due to production errors.

All refunds/reprints must be reviewed and approved by us with an email confirmation. If and when you receive an email confirmation for a refund/reprint, we will provide you with additional instructions and an option for a refund or to reprint. Different products have different return procedures, so please do not discard or return any printed orders without contacting us, first.
